mei at check-in was fantastic after my long flight. she was really helpful and patient. i especially liked the clean room and bathroom. the breakfast was a highlight with such polite staff. the convenient location allowed easy walks to many places.

the lack of a safe in the room i booked was slightly inconvenient.

i stayed for several nights and the room was cleaned daily, it was super clean. the staff were friendly and eager to help me with directions, i definitely felt welcome. the location was excellent, lots of shopping and restaurants were just a short walk away. i found the bed very comfortable and enjoyed a good night's sleep.
